Ripple Effect
The Ripple Effect is a semi-annual, TED-style event hosted by Wavetronix, designed to celebrate employee narratives through powerful, thought-provoking storytelling. Since the event's inception in 2019, I have served as its Art Director and creator, overseeing the evolution of its visual language across 15 successful iterations.

Project overview
My mandate was to establish a unique identity for the event that stood apart from traditional corporate gatherings. While the core objective remains centered on personal growth, the visual identity has matured to reflect a more urgent call to action: 'What will you do as a result of what you've heard?'
Every detail, from environmental design and stage composition to the event’s supporting photography, is built to reflect the unique theme of each speaker's talk. By treating each event as a cohesive visual system rather than a collection of assets, I have ensured the brand remains fresh while maintaining the high standards expected of the Wavetronix culture.
Managing the creative direction of a recurring, flagship event has allowed me to push the boundaries of corporate event branding, ensuring that 200+ attendees leave not just with a memory, but with a clear, visual connection to the Ripple Effect’s mission.
