Bonhomous Creative Agency was established in 2021 as a centralized hub to meet the scaling demand for design, video, and strategy at Wavetronix. I was a core contributor to the agency’s formation, helping define our operational structure and visual identity as the team grew from four designers to a cross-functional group of 15.

Project overview

As our creative team expanded rapidly, we faced a structural challenge. We needed to unify a diverse group of designers, videographers, and writers into a cohesive agency model that could effectively support multiple internal departments.

To build our foundation, our team researched successful industry models to inform our operational structure. Our branding strategy was built on a core philosophy of radical helpfulness, aiming to position the creative group as an accessible, partner-driven resource for the entire company.

I played an active role in designing the agency's visual identity, including the custom smiley face that represents our commitment to collaborative, partner-focused work. This branding was instrumental in defining our team's culture, helping us bridge the gap between technical creative execution and cross-departmental partnership.
