Trade Shows
To elevate our global trade show presence, I led the redesign of our visual systems for large-scale industry events like Intertraffic Amsterdam and ITS America. After conducting a competitive audit in 2022, I developed a high-impact strategy that replaced traditional banners with premium, internally illuminated fabric displays. This solution significantly improved our booth aesthetics while optimizing for the logistical realities of global shipping and onsite labor.

Project overview
Wavetronix attends dozens of trade shows annually, ranging from regional meetings to massive international expos. Our legacy banners felt outdated and failed to reflect the premium quality of our brand in a competitive global landscape. I was tasked with establishing a unified, professional look that would scale across all major events.
I conducted a deep-dive audit at Intertraffic Amsterdam, interviewing customers and analyzing competitor strategies. I then balanced my ambitious creative vision against practical logistical constraints: the need for lightweight transport, simple self-assembly to bypass complex union labor, and strict budgetary limits.
The result was a modular system of internally illuminated displays using high-quality stretched fabric. This solved three business problems at once: it provided a clean, crisp, and high-end aesthetic; it significantly reduced shipping costs; and it allowed our internal team to set up the booth independently. This system is now our global standard, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence worldwide.
