Move

"MOVE" is the internal brand platform for Wavetronix employee well-being, covering everything from mental health resources to competitive athletics. I developed a modular, icon-based visual system inspired by Olympic pictograms, providing a scalable framework that grows as new wellness initiatives and activities are launched.

Project overview

Company leadership needed a cohesive brand identity that could scale to support a wide range of activities, from competitive cycling and 5ks to daily fitness classes and physical therapy.

I collaborated with the CEO and the head of wellness to build a system centered on universality and clarity. By adopting a pictogram-based approach, I created an "infinite expandability" model that keeps the visual identity consistent, regardless of how many new activities the program adds in the future.

I designed a custom suite of pictograms that serve as the brand’s visual foundation. I also designed high-performance cycling apparel used by employees for commutes and races, turning the brand into a tangible part of daily life. This project bridged the gap between abstract wellness goals and a unified, recognizable company culture.
