To commemorate the foundational "Pillars" of Wavetronix, I designed a series of custom bronze plaques for employees with 20+ years of service. Each plaque is a permanent installation on our headquarters, serving as an enduring tribute to the individuals who helped build the company.

Project overview
The objective was to create a design that was both visually compelling and suitable for bronze casting. Each plaque needed to incorporate unique imagery representing the employee’s personal interests while maintaining the legibility and structural integrity required for the casting process.
I worked directly with the honorees to distill their personal histories into a cohesive visual narrative. My design strategy focused on a balancing act between symbolic complexity and technical simplicity, ensuring that line weights, spacing, and typography were optimized for permanent foundry production.
I designed a unified, high-quality aesthetic that allows for personal customization within a consistent brand framework. By carefully managing the translation from digital graphic to physical bronze, I ensured that these plaques serve as both meaningful personal tributes and timeless architectural elements that will remain on the building for decades to come.
